Everyone recognises the importance of exercise on your physical health, it is equally beneficial for people that want to improve their mental health. We provide football sessions for those 30 and over living with mental health conditions to come together and develop their skills and feel better about themselves.
Djurtus United are proud to have an women football team in Leeds area. We want the women and girls to feel comfortable in their own skin to get physically active, ignoring gender stereo types and have fun doing so!
